These terms govern your use of Hedeu games, apps, websites, and services. Please read them carefully.
These Terms of Service ("Terms", "ToS") govern the relationship between you and Hedeu ("Hedeu", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your access to and use of our games, mobile apps, websites, content, products, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using or accessing our Services in any manner, you represent that you are at least the minimum age of consent for data processing under the laws of your jurisdiction (e.g., 13 years in the United States and 16 years in some EU regions). If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our Services, and your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Services is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may modify these Terms by posting the modified versions on our website. By continuing to access or use our Services after we post modified versions, you confirm your agreement to the then-current Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using our Services immediately.
Subject to your agreement to and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

All right, title, and interest in and to the Services and all related intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of Hedeu and its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, games, software, characters, music, artwork, virtual items, user interfaces, and documentation.
You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your account and that accounts may be suspended or terminated at our discretion. All rights in and to your account are and shall remain the property of Hedeu.
All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Hedeu and its licensors.
"User Content" means any content you create, upload, submit, or otherwise make available through the Services, including but not limited to chat messages, forum posts, screenshots, and gameplay videos.
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to the Services, you grant Hedeu a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, translate, and commercially exploit such User Content in connection with the Services.
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not:
We have no obligation to monitor User Content but reserve the right to remove or restrict any User Content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.
Some of our games offer optional in-app purchases for virtual items, currencies, and subscriptions. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:
Our Services are continually evolving. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We may also require you to update third-party software (such as operating systems or app stores) to continue using the Services.
We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
Photosensitivity Warning: A very small percentage of people may experience epileptic seizures or blackouts when exposed to certain visual images, including flashing lights or patterns. Even people who have no history of seizures or epilepsy may have an undiagnosed condition.
If you or anyone in your family has an epileptic condition, consult your doctor before playing. If you experience any of the following symptoms while playing — dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness, disorientation, or convulsions — stop playing immediately and seek medical attention.
General Health: Take regular breaks during gameplay. Play in a well-lit room. Sit at a safe distance from your screen. If you feel discomfort, fatigue, or pain, stop playing and rest.
Disclaimer: The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hedeu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim. If you have not paid us anything, your sole remedy is to stop using the Services.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hedeu and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your User Content.
EU/EEA Users: Consumers in the EU/EEA retain the non-waivable rights provided under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
Informal Dispute Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to: (1) review our FAQ, (2) submit a help ticket through the in-game support system, and (3) escalate to support@hedeu.com. We will attempt to resolve your dispute within 60 days.
Arbitration: For users in the United States and Canada, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in your county of residence. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this provision.
Arbitration Exceptions: Disputes involving intellectual property rights may be brought in court. Claims that cannot be subject to arbitration under applicable law may also be brought in court.
No Class Actions: You and Hedeu agree that each may bring claims against the other only on an individual basis. The arbitrator may not consolidate multiple parties' claims.
Future Changes: If we make material changes to this dispute resolution section, you may reject the changes by sending written notice to Hedeu, Legal Department, within 30 days of the change.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Choice of Law: For U.S. residents, the laws of your state of residence apply. For non-U.S. residents, the laws of England and Wales apply. EU/EEA consumers retain additional protections under mandatory local law.
Jury Trial Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, you and Hedeu waive the right to a jury trial.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
DMCA / Copyright: If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, send a notice to legal@hedeu.com with the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We will respond to valid notices.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hedeu regarding the Services.
Survival: Sections 3, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination of these Terms.
